The lot is filthy. The building is being renovated so there are port-a-potty's in use. The attendant was nice but taciturn. Inside was bare bones for what was on the shelves.

Laplace is an armpit. Nasty portable bathrooms on the side of the building. The hurricane was over a year ago. This place needs a complete remodel, and new employees. It's perfect location as...
