This pharmacy is off of Hwy 42 in Prairieville but to me it's worth the drive. The employees here are really nice and caring. I was having problems with my insurance company and CVS (Perkins Rowe)...

I switched from a large retail pharmacy to Lagniappe when I moved to Prairieville 3 years ago. I am so glad that I found this pharmacy!! Medications that I had been paying $200+ dollars/month...

Dropped off my script thursday n it's Wednesday the next week stillain't got it filled this place sucks i will never go bk there n do not recommend anyone to go there
