Kleinpeter Farms Dairy has been a family-owned and independently operated dairy since 1913, providing fresh-tasting, quality dairy products to Baton Rouge, La., and the surrounding areas for more than 90 years. The Kleinpeters have been farming and processing milk longer than any dairy farm in Louisiana, and are proud to be in their fourth generation of ownership. The dairy farm is committed to the kindest treatment of the cows that make up Kleinpeter Farms Dairy s herd. The dairy farm s promise to the consumer is that its milk comes from cows that have not been treated with recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone. Kleinpeter Farms Dairy maintains its own dairy farm in Montpelier, La., which provides environmentally sensitive housing for the herd of more than 600 cows.
