Katherine Lantier, PhD

Lee Purvis, PhD, specializes in pediatric psychology at Ochsner Health. Dr. Purvis’ counseling methods include cognitive behavior therapy with exposure and response prevention, solution-focused therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, affirmative psychotherapy, parent management training and functional family therapy. He is licensed to provide psychological services in Louisiana and Florida.

Justin T. Carreras, PhD, MP, is a licensed medical and clinical psychologist at Ochsner Children's Hospital. Dr. Carreras received his doctoral and master's degrees in psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans, as well as a postdoctoral master's in clinical psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans. He completed his internship at Momentous Institute in Dallas, and he completed his fellowship in pediatric psychology at Ochsner. He has a special clinical interest in working with children and adolescents with somatic symptoms and functional impairment (such as functional pain and functional neurological symptoms), as well as helping patients with diabetes and inflammatory bowel disease adjust to new diagnoses and adhere with their treatment plans. Dr. Carreras enjoys watching New Orleans Saints football in his free time.

Erin T. Reuther, PhD, specializes in psychology at Ochsner Health. They treat mental health disorders including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, addiction and substance use disorders, personality disorders, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders.
