Their praline ice is better than their creole cream cheese (big surprise there). It's mostly the syrups that are good. They also gave my two dogs free pup cones on a hot day and for that I'm grateful.

Very disappointed. The ice was very hard, not like the soft snowballs that I love. I also asked for two flavors and instead of doing one flavor or one side and another on the other (very common)...
