Classic & original Poboys, wraps, pastas and salads. We slice the meats, grate the cheeses, smoke the brisket, grill the shrimp, roast the chicken, slow roast the top round & pork tenderloin, cook the pot roast, taco meat, spinach dip, soups, & sauces for the pastas, bake the meatballs, make the BBQ, Sun-dried tomato, remoulade, & chipotle lime sauces, & the red wine vinaigrette dressing.

John Michael's is an outstanding restaurant. We get takeout at least once a week and it's always good. My only complaint is when I get fried shrimp poboy or plate with fries I wish they would fry...

Great salads. I got the chef salad for lunch and it was super filling. They have great ranch dressing and the service was fast!

Stopped in on whim for lunch on a Saturday and could not wait to go back. Salad was fresh and the soup was hot. Spearmint tea is wonderful.
