While the food is good what happened to freaky fast? It's been an hour since I ordered and I just got a text it's coming via Uber . I guess going forward if I want it quick I will have to pick it...

I placed order an order via Jimmy John's app on 3/24/2024 at 8:09pm but the store was locked at 8:20pm and the staff inside was cleaning the kitchen. This location is listed as closing at 9pm....
