Irish Cultural Museum of New Orleans

At the Irish Cultural Museum of New Orleans you will experience a beautiful Spanish Courtyard among colonial buildings, and a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The Museum consists of interactive kiosks, an auditorium featuring the award winning documentary "Irish New Orleans", a research and reading library, artifacts, and a very unique Coffee House with Gifts and Jewelry specializing in Celtic and Irish New Orleans themed products. This very unique learning facility is the result of a two year collaboration of individuals who are very passionate about the City of New Orleans, its history and its cultures. Audio/Video producers, photographers, researchers, archivists, historians, computer programmers, graphic designers, architects, interior designers, developers, community leaders, and many other have all worked to bring to life the first Museum of its kind in New Orleans. A Monument to the vibrant culture of the City's Irish and their heritage.
