Hayden Lewis, MD

Dr. Lewis received his undergraduate degree from Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma, where he graduated magna cum laude. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1993. Following this, he completed his internship and residency at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. Dr. Lewis is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has been practicing medicine since 1996.
