Founded by Phil Rizzuto Sr., Rizzuto Management has a rich history of over 40 years in successfully marketing to tourists in New Orleans, beginning with a single establishment on Bourbon Street. Today, the company has expanded its presence by managing multiple locations, including three Jester Mardi Gras Daiquiris on Bourbon Street and one in Destin, Florida.

In addition to their well-known daiquiri bars, Rizzuto Management offers Jester Beverages, which features premium New Orleans flavor mixes, as well as upscale event spaces, the Rex Room and Iberville Room, complete with catering services and balconies overlooking Bourbon Street. Their goal remains to capture a larger share of the significant tourism revenue in New Orleans, currently estimated at $4.7 billion annually.
