Garden Park is as beautiful in the care they deliver as the facilities' smell. The Rehab gym is well- stocked and full of energetic people ready to serve.

Garden Park realizes that each of our residents has individual needs and we specialize in providing the care necessary to fulfill these needs. Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident’s doctor and associated health professionals to develop a Plan of Care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident.
