The Fury family started the family’s namesake restaurant in Metairie in 1983. We make all of our sauces in-house from tomato to tartar, and every meal is freshly made to order. At Fury’s, we take pride in serving the best home-cooked meals made with the freshest ingredients, all from Fury family recipes passed down through the generations. Their excellence is best exhibited in. their "Burger-made" martini, which simply the best in earth (if it's with gin, my preference only). Otherwise, it's 1980 food.
