Friends of the Animals Baton Rouge is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing, re-homing, and saving dogs in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Statistical Area since 2010. With a mission to treat every heartworm-positive dog adopted at their Dog Adoption House, they have successfully found forever homes for over 7500 animals from local shelters and their alternative to shelter surrender program.
Offering a wide variety of adoptable dogs and puppies, all of their animals are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Through the support and contributions of their community, Friends of the Animals Baton Rouge is able to meet their goals and fund their mission of saving one heart at a time.
