Freret Street Yoga specializes in making Hatha yoga viable for our modern way of life. We emphasize alignment, movement, and conscious breathing to produce a practice that is safe, challenging, and fun. Our approach is down-to-earth and accessible. We believe that anyone can participate in and benefit from yoga. Our clientele includes students from Loyola and Tulane, and folks from New Orleans, Metarie, and the surrounding areas.

Freret Street Yoga is great for all ages and all levels of yoga, come and enjoy! I take classes and private lessons here from all of the teachers. I highly recommend Geoffrey and everyone else here!

I live in LA and travel to New Orleans often for work...Freret Street is hands down my fav yoga studio in New Orleans. I've had classes with Shelley, Tamarin, Val, and Geoffrey - all fantastic....

Love this place offers a few different classes. Often offer workshops too, there are a variety of instructors as well. Close to Tulane & Loyola. campuses. FSY offers various accessories too...

Geoffrey is a great instructor! Very patient and easy going. The class doesn't have a lot of pressure or attitude, just an opportunity to improve for your own sake on your own schedule!
