Fleming Construction Company was founded by Mannas Fleming in 1954, and we are proud to say that we are in our third generation today. Mannas Fleming s only son Jack took over as president in 1970 and his son, Jack II was named president/ CEO in 2010. We have completed projects ranging from $300.00 to $14,000,000.00 with a bonding capacity of over 60 million dollars. A fact that we are extremely proud of is our contractor's license number 935. Fleming Construction Company was the nine hundred thirty-fifth construction company to be awarded its contractor's license in the state of Louisiana. This number now reaches over 40,000.Although we began with asphalt paving, we now do virtually all types of construction; concrete paving, underground utilities, including water lines, sewer lines, drain structures and site work.
