Had something shipped to the hotel (Marriott). They charged us $15 as a "handling fee" to have it received. Thought that was ridiculous given they didn't bother to let us know it arrived or...

Don't bother. This "office" is useless. Oh and they charge a handling fee to accept a prepaid package for FedEx. Eff both this poophole and FedEx. Use UPS or USPS instead.

I have to give at least four stars because this is my go to when I work the convention center. Only thing I can say is I wish they were open just a little bit later. Thanks for all your hard work...
