These condos seem reasonably nice. They are quite close to the hospital. They are individually owned so there is some variation when it comes to things like number of rooms, carpeting, etc.

The complex would be a decent place to live if they were managed by another company. The association dues are very high and in return the residents get the trash picked up once a week, the grass...
