Visited this newer hotel with easy access to the freeway 5/5 and safe surroundings 5/5. Smooth check in and staff 5/5 Room 5/5 A/C super cold 5/5 The only hiccup was the stained bath tub....

Excuses of not ready 4pm It doesn't matter if you stay here or not, they don't care ... The room is not ready when I walked in my room , I let them know They don't care. Lobby is dirty, lazy...

Nice hotel. Clean. Quiet. Breakfast was marginal. Water at this hotel was discolored, smelled bad, tasted worse. Think it might be a problem throughout the city. Won't stay in Monroe again.

Hotel nice. Very poor service. Front desk (Shavon) claimed there was no way to check to see if any rooms are clean, while making me sit in lobby for a hour (with no progress on cleaning) claimed...

No reservation, riding from Sturgis to Florida. Sarah was outside taking with other guests enjoying managers special refreshments. So friendly, came over as I rode in and told me about this...
