Floor insulation. You really cant have vinyl or laminate flooring without a concrete structure. Imagine being woken up multiple times throughout your stay by someone walking and banging things...

I think this hotel should be a 5 star rating for customer service and the way they treat people here. The rooms are perfect if you aren't a "bougee" uptown chick. But for metery it is not too bad....
