How come my reservation said will have a car today. And no one has called me all day to tell me that they didn't get 1 turned in to even rent out. Waited till 5:00 p.m and was told to just wait....

Absolutely terrible service! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! How can you be a rental car company and not have any RENTAL CARS? Hours worth of delays just to receive a rental with zero explanations...

Enterprise in Ruston, Louisiana has the worst customer service!!! Dont expect to rcv the vehicle that you scheduled 5 days prior! would not recommend !!
