Derek did a fine job of helping me with my rental car. Picked me up at work and when I was done with the rental they dropped me off where I needed to go. Clean car. Highly recommend.

horrible customer service. guy was very incompetent & didn't even tell us our pick up date or that the deposit had to be debit/credit or money order. never will i rent at this location again.
