I waited a hour and 45 minutes with a reservation. What was the point of the reservation? It would have been just a hour but they didn't want to give me $9 a day upgrade after having me wait a hour.

Unprofessional representatives. Poor customer service. It took 10 days to get assistance on a Insurance reserved vehicle. I cancelled the request and chose another branch. Ridiculous!
