History

This was an endeavor to create a livelihood after a first profession ended. The large array of small furniture, primitive and vintage kitchen items gave way to smaller more easily transportable collectibles with vintage clothing and costume jewelry demanding a larger space after the disasters following the failure of levees and the flooding of the city in 2005. The elimination of turn of the century items in favor of mid century items was justified and successful as the new century progressed. The owner is very knowledgable of the City and often gives helpful suggestions to tourist and locals.

Specialties

A very small shop at the edged of the historic French Quarter packed with a wide variety of small vintage collectibles, a few antiques, vintage clothing, costume jewelry, crystal, pottery, etc. Opened in 1989. Closed: Tuesday & Wednesday and on special holidays. Hours 12:30 - 5:00 P.M.
