Congreso Cubano is dedicated to bringing the people of New Orleans fresh, delicious versions of grandma's classic Cuban and Latin recipes. Established in 2014, Congreso Cubano was founded by Orlando Vega, Rick Ostry, and Charlie Miller. After a couple years of pop-ups all over the city, Congreso Cubano now has the pleasure of catering special events of all kinds in New Orleans.
