My dad was placed on hospice care last month. Unfortunately he has passed. We were told they would take great care of him. They would attend to his needs and help out with anything that he needed....

If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would. We were told by the liaison (Ms. Ana) the nurses would provide great care - home visits, medicine, run errands, help with eating, bathing, etc....

My family member was dying from covid. The hospice sent a pregnant nurse to care for her. The nurses were afraid to touch her. They did not ask about symptom control or medication administration....
