Community Care Psychiatric Hospital

Community Care Hospital, located in New Orleans, and established in 1994, is a locally owned and operated, 40-bed adult and geriatric psychiatric hospital. The hospital provides various inpatient and outpatient programs, and personalized health care services. It has an outpatient counseling center that provides comprehensive services for people suffering from psychiatric disorders, such as anxiety and depression, and offers personality development programs. Its inpatient psychiatric programs include various disorders, such as suicidal tendencies, mood swings and sleeping difficulties. The hospital has experienced psychiatrists, interns, nurses and social workers who provide special care to patients. Additionally, the hospital provides other services to disabled individuals, such as assistance with daily activities and occupational skills and also offers medication services. Community Care Hospital provides occupational, physical, respiratory and speech therapies. It also offers an after care program to family members and caregivers.
