they will charge you 600$ for test you didn't ask for, and every other charge is unknown. i went in to get my ear infection checked out got charged 90 dollars for a swab in my throat, and 180 for...

They still require masks without a posted sign. The masks that they said we needed to wear were loose and sitting on the pen cup.
