Health Care Options offers home health care services and has been operational for more than 15 years. Its team of physicians specializes in geriatrics, diabetes, urology, oncology, rehabilitation, psychiatric nursing, pediatrics and wound management. The agency, with a location in Greenwell Springs, La., offers a range of skilled nursing services that includes catheter and ostomy care, diabetes management, and home infusion and antibiotic therapies. Health Care Options personal care services include the monitoring of vital signs, ambulation assistance, personal hygiene and grooming, and meal preparation and housekeeping duties. In addition, it supports several medical social work, food commodities and pastoral counseling programs.

ACTS Home Health Care provides a wide range of home health care services, including physical, speech and occupational therapies, medical social services and dietary counseling. It provides registered and licensed practical nurses, personal care attendants and home health aides that help in personal care, wound care management, administer injections, orthopedic rehabilitation, enterostomal care, intravenous therapies and home respiratory treatments. Its medical social workers offer patients and families with assistance in obtaining additional community services. The center is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and licensed by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. It is a member of the National Association of Home Care and Homecare Association of Louisiana.
