History

Cam McCall, Principal of CMc Design, has been in the foodservice industry for 32 years, including 20 years as Owner/Partner of Loubat Equipment Company in New Orleans. He has a vast knowledge of the industry and maintains strong relationships with equipment and supply vendors nationwide. Cam began his foodservice career selling sno-ball supplies and disposables throughout the New Orleans metropolitan area. In 1990, Cam was offered a sales position with Loubat Equipment Company, a long-standing New Orleans' company with a national reputation in the design and supply of commercial kitchens. In short time, Cam developed a self-taught expertise with AutoCAD and embarked on developing his reputation as a premier kitchen designer in the New Orleans Metropolitan area and the Gulf South. Cam's experience positioned him well to launch his own kitchen planning & design company CMc Design.
