Cielena C. Houck, NNP

Shelby received a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. She worked as a registered nurse in the intensive care nursery as well as a clinical nurse in the newborn critical care unit for over seven years. Shelby is an active member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses, the Academy of Neonatal Nursing and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

Shane Glass, NNP works in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Ochsner Baptist in New Orleans, Louisiana. She completed her medical training at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Whitney B. Millet, NNP, specializes in neonatology at Ochsner Health. They provide personalized care for infants and the management of premature birth and its resulting complications, respiratory distress syndrome, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, among others.
