Originally founded in Maurice, La 1994 by Chris and Twyla LaChaussee, we quickly moved to Baton Rouge where we have grown to be considered one the nation's premier provider of Sausages, Turducken, Deboned Chickens, Stuffed Pork Chops, Highest Quality Steaks, Smoked and Cured Products. Pulling from our Cajun roots and recipes, we are now proud to offer our quality assortment to the New Orleans market.
