I found the service was efficient and the restaurant appeared in order and clean. I was in and out quickly with my "to go" order and the food was good and what I expected.

Please.... How is this acceptable in 2025. The worker was incredibly rude. Look at how he had my $20 burrito laying on the mess. I'll probably never return.

Queso's terrible. I told dude no queso and he looks at me like he's deaf and puts the queso then gonna ask me if I want it. I told him just keep it to save him embarrassment but like man come on.

Terrible service, my bowl was a mess inside the bag and I ask for napkins as they didn't have any out for the customers and they kept throwing like 2 napkins in the bag. I finally had to ask for...

Opened my bowl and this is what I was faced with. Literally half empty. I love you chipotle but this is rough.
