One of my favorite places in Baton Rouge, despite the fact that I don't think a single thing has changed in or around that building in 30 years! Their shrimp fried rice is so addictive.

The out looks nasty never went in but if the inside looks anything like the outside ... It's a grantee "F" by the health board and in my option it should be closed down for just how the outside...
