Bratz Y'all! Bistro started as a festival food booth in 2012 when Sven Vorkauf, a Berlin native, brought traditional German bratwurst sandwich flavors to New Orleans. Their menu features unique creations like the Drunk Pig slow-roasted pork roast sandwich and the Nola Schnitzel with crawfish remoulade slaw. Winning 4 first-place awards at the Oak Street Po-Boy Festival, Bratz Y'all became a hit at various markets and festivals in New Orleans.
