I've been to Blue Corn several times and the servers are nice and it's usually very quick. They have good chips and salsa. The food is not my absolute favorite though, there are definitely better...

Food is good but the wait takes forever. Even just for a take our, it took extra 30 minutes (in addition to the expected time) to get our food Sorry would probably not come back
