It's a cute little corner cafe inside of an imposing looking skyscraper downtown. The lady seemed friendly and all the prices range between $1 and $4.

I got the lunch special Shrimp Etoufee to go today. It was a 8oz cup and cost $10. When I reached my office and opened the cup it had atleast (without exaggeration) 5oz of rice and 3oz of etoufee...
