The big needle put a painful cramp in my arm for the whole time I was on the machine, which was about a hour. And the staff always complains about how tiny my veins are which makes me very nervous...

Been here for 2 hours still not a machine. Probably last time coming. They have people on machines that got here after me and no they are not first time donors. Time to find somewhere else.
