Eleanor Carrio, MD, practices psychiatry at Ochsner Health. Dr. Carrio has expertise and additional training in alternative therapies for treatment resistant depression, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Dr. Carrio is dedicated to addressing the medical needs of her patients while understanding individual concerns and goals. She has been practicing at Ochsner since 2022. Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, Pilates, history and cooking.

Macey D. Ortiz, PA-C, specializes in interventional cardiology at Ochsner Health. They leverage cutting-edge diagnostic tools like fractional flow reserve, intravascular ultrasound and optical coherence tomography. They also offer catheter-based procedures.
