History

Beginning as the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, AXA Equitable has had a presence in the south central area of the U.S. since 1859. Our long history and presence have deep roots, and we are committed to serving our clients, as well as the community in which we serve. AXA is proud to offer two annual scholarships to High School Seniors: both the Community and the National AXA Achievement Scholarship. Locally, AXA sponsors the 'Day of Service' in support of local charities that directly impact the community and give back each and every year.
