Went there today and we had to wait for a hour and the person who was making them seem like he was high when we receive our order they tasted like hand sanitizer they do not taste like auntie...

We tried their new frosted hot chocolate and were fairly impressed. The store front is small, no tables but there's a long-ish counter where we saw a couple having their food.

Although out of sweet glaze, the hospitality was wonderful and my food was ready immediately(as should be expected for a pretzel place).
