Paul is a pretty energetic manager and a nice guy. I saw him at the Log Jammer so he definitely practices what he preaches. The gym is a little small compared to other AFs, but it's a trade off...

Gym ok sometimes not clean the owner at first was nice then I called a month and a half before it was time to renew contract to cancel membership still getting charged for it

Great, CLEAN gym. Has everything you need in order to make your workout worthwhile. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
