Androgyny opened it's doors on April 16, 2021. It quickly became Houma's place to party and be yourself without judgement. Then Hurricane Ida closed the bar Aug 28, 2021. The club reopened on Oct 30,2021 with repairs from the hurricane. It is currently featuring Bands on Friday with Bands from all over and different genres to reflect the gumbo of people of the area. Saturday is LGBT+ ShowNight.
