If Mike at Alpine took the time to actually repair clocks, instead of writing long winded excuses (lies) for keeping a clock for over 3 years he might actually get some work done. Shame on you!

Stay away from this business. They took a $100 deposit and after 6 months still hadn't fixed our clock and wouldn't give it back. Had to get police involved to get our clock back in pieces.
