History

Kristina began training at Kerala Ayurveda Academy in Foster City, Ca. and continued at Blue Cliff School of Massage in Metairie, La. (nationally and state licensed and certified). She started 7th Sense Wellness upon graduation and began a partnership with Spa Isbell. where she conducts her therapy treatments, soon afterward. By partnering with Spa Isbell, Kristina is able to offer her clients the benefits of massage therapy and Ayurveda, but a variety of cosmetic, health, wellness, beauty services as well.

7th Sense Wellness seeks to provide a holistic healing approach. Forming a complete balance of body, mind and soul. Look forward to the beneficial effects of restoration, relaxation, peacefulness, harmony and well-being during your treatment. During a session you can expect to receive traditional massage therapeutic techniques paired with a unique blend of Ayurvedic wellness principles. While the massage treatments address the body's areas of discomforts, the infusion of Ayurveda will ease the body's more subtle imbalances. The fusion of the two schools of practice creates a far more effective healing experience than either treatment could provide in isolation.
