Woodcrest Manor Care is a provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions for individuals who suffer with various illnesses, diseases and health conditions. It is a more than 125-bed facility that works to meet the individualized care needs of patients and families. The facility is certified by Medicare and Medicaid and is spread over an area of nearly 5 acres. Woodcrest Manor Care has been serving the medical and housing needs of individuals in northern Kentucky since 2000. It offers cancer recovery, renal disease diagnosis, and palliative, postoperative, wound, respite and hospice care services. The facility also provides physical, occupational, speech and infusion therapies, as well as assistance with clinical and financial resources. Woodcrest Manor Care is a part of Extendicare, which operates approximately 185 nursing care centers in the United States and serves more than 30,000 residents annually.
