History

Amanda Wills, founding partner of Wills Law Office, has been licensed to practice law in Kentucky since 2004. She has served in both the public and private sectors. As a new attorney, she quickly gained a reputation as an aggressive and competent prosecutor in Louisville's Circuit Courts. During her tenure in Louisville's Commonwealth Attorney's Office, she was assigned to the Narcotics unit where she specialized in the prosecution of major drug crimes in the state of Kentucky. In 2007, she accepted a position as First Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the 53rd Judicial District, which includes Shelby, Spencer, and Anderson counties. From 2007-2010, she prosecuted hundreds of major felonies on behalf of the state of Kentucky. In January of 2010, Amanda ventured into the private sector and opened the Wills Law Office. Since that time, she has focused on building a career specializing in criminal defense.
