We handcraft Wilderness Trail Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Blue Heron Vodka, Settler's Select Whiskey and Harvest Rum. Using local grains that travel only 3 miles from field to bottle, we make premium spirits on a 250 gallon copper pot still. What a hidden gem if you're interested in distillery tours. Danville is off the beaten path and only opens 9am-5pm Tuesday - Saturday. I am a big Blue heron fan and they had an actual blue hair...

We were in town for a wedding and we didn't have time to go very far from our hotel and this place was 5 minutes from our hotel. We had such a fantastic experience and the whiskey was excellent....
