We are a locally owned and operated Home Health and Hospice Agency. The staff of DCHH&H is highly trained and qualified to meet the medical needs of their patient's. The staff is in frequent contact with the physician, so the physician is fully informed of the patient's progress. Much of the staff at DCHH&H has worked in the Home Health and Hospice field for over 10 years providing quality care for patients. The staff is comprised of nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, aides, and medical clerks. There is a nurse on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure that the medical needs of their patient's are being met.
