Didnt listen to issues. Had to go back to old glasses to be able to do computer work. Frames not fitted to face. Argued about how I needed my no lines set.

I hated this experience. The vision office is cramped and they are always overbooked on appointments. My first visit took 3 1/2 hours. The receptionist was nice. The ladies in the eyewear section...

Dr. Costa is very unprofessional stopped in the middle of my eye exam to eat lunch left me waiting in the chair had her 13 year old son doing the testing procedures.
