Arrived a few minutes before they opened and the young boy apparently wasn't happy that I was there. He said I came in the wrong way but there is no signage stating otherwise. I didn't mind...

Definitely not instant. They didn't have the oil filter in stock. Okay, I can understand that. They have someone bring the right filter, but turns out it's not right filter...which they figure...
